　　40MW SZS series gas hot water boiler features

　　The product is a typical double drum vertical type "D" type arrangement quick water-tube boiler. An upper and lower drum are interconnected by a number of tube banks. The furnace is surrounded by water tubes. The boiler has advantages of allowing more compactness, greater heat transfer efficiency due to more tubes exposed to the radiant furnace heat, and higher overall boiler efficiency. 　　system. Boiler fireboxes have a refractory lining, burners, a convection-type section, a radiant section, fans, air flow control, a stack, and dampers. The boiler firebox is insulated to reduce the loss of heat and enhance the heat energy being transferred to the boiler’s internal components. The high temperature zone of the boiler body adopts forced circulation to ensure reliable cooling of the heated surfaces of each part and prevent vaporization.
