Brief Introduction:
Concrete pipe piles are building materials normally used in building construction, offshore / marine construction or bridge construction. During the concrete pipe piles production, autoclaves play a crucial role, to steam curing and strengthen pipe piles performance. ZBG offers plants with good quality concrete pipe pile autoclaves.
Work Principle:
The concrete pipe pile autoclave is a pressure vessel used to sterilize equipment and supplies by subjecting them to high pressure saturated steam at 121 °C (249°F) for around 15–20 minutes depending on the size of the load and the contents. The hydrothermal reactions CaO—SiO2—H2O is completed in the autoclave, to make the steamed products strength and good performance.
1.High efficiency and energy saving:
Used heat treatment after CNC machining, elimination of forge stress and welding stress, heat treatment efficiency high.
2.Unique structure:
The autoclave adopts lever-type door open mechanism, the down-side lever connected with the autoclave door, top-side equipped with counterweight device.
3.Steam-curing process:
Good welding and heat treatment process. 100% whole body heat treatment after welding and inspection.
