The fire tube boiler is the flue gas generated after fuel combustion flowing through the fire tube or flue pipe, heating the water, steam or steam-water mixture outside the fire tube or flue pipe.
Therefore, the capacity and pressure of fire tube boilers are greatly limited. Generally, the evaporation rate does not exceed 10 t/h and the pressure does not exceed 2 MPa. Due to the limitation of the drum, the heating area of the boiler is smaller, so the exhaust gas temperature is higher and the efficiency of the boiler is lower. The metal utilization rate of fire tube boilers is as high as 10t/t steam. According to the above characteristics of fire tube boilers, fire tube boilers are widely used in small and medium-sized factories, heating, locomotives, ships and other mobile devices.
ZBG fire tube steam boiler types
1. wns series oil/gas fire tube boiler
Capacity: 1~20t/h
Pressure: 0.7/1.0/1.25/1.6Mpa
Fuel: Heavy oil, diesel, natural gas, lpg, etc.
WNS series oil/gas boilers are horizontal internal combustion three pass boiler and adopt wet back fire-tube structure. The fire tube boiler system uses industrial boiler safety control system technology including PLC with independent interlocking protection system.
2. dzl series coal/biomass water-fire tube boiler
Capacity: 2t/h-10t/h
Pressure: 0.7Mpa-3.8Mpa
Fuel: coal, wood, straw, bagasse, rice husk, and other solid fuels
DZL series coal/biomass fire tube packaged boiler has reliable support and tight sealing, comprises a chain grate on the lower part. As membrane water cooling structure is adopted, the optimum heat transfer and heat insulation seal structure is realized.
